Wij laten de foto's afdrukken op glans papier.
Hoeveel zijn de bestel- & verzendkosten?
De bestel- & verzendkosten zijn afhankelijk van het formaat van de grootste afdruk in je bestelling, en waar de bestelling naar toe gestuurd moet worden:

Kan ik een bestelling ook afhalen?
Ja, je kunt een bestelling ook afhalen in Enschede. Je betaalt dan geen verzendkosten, maar wel € 0,50 bestelkosten.
Kan ik foto's uit meerdere foto series tegelijk bestellen?
Geen enkel probleem. Je kunt gewoon door de verschillende foto series bladeren, en de foto's aanvinken die je wilt bestellen. Het winkelmandje onthoud alle aangevinkte foto's.
Hoe lang duurt het voor ik mijn bestelling ontvang?
In principe worden 1x per week de foto's voor de betaalde bestellingen door ons besteld bij het fotolab. Zodra we de afdrukken binnen hebben worden deze verpakt en verstuurd.
Hoe kan ik betalen?
Via bank of giro. De rekeningdetails krijg je via email zodra je een bestelling geplaatst hebt.
Het is helaas niet mogelijk om contant af te rekenen bij het afhalen van de foto's.
Hoe kan ik zien of mijn betaling al ontvangen is? / Hoe kan ik zien of mijn bestelling al verstuurd is?
In de bestel bevestiging die U per email ontvangt staat een link naar een webpagina waar U de status van uw bestelling kunt volgen.

We have the pictures printed on glossy paper.
What are the order- & shippingcosts?

Can I order prints from multiple photo series at once?
No problem. Just browse through the photo series, and put a checkmark below the photos you want to order. The shoppingbasket remembers all the checked photos.
How long does it take before I receive my prints?
Normaly we order the prints for all paid orders once a week. As soon as we receive the prints, they are packaged and shipped. All international orders are send by Priority mail.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer. The account details will be mailed to you when you have placed an order.
How can I see if you have received my payment? / How van I see if you have send my prints?
In the order confirmation that you receive by email is a link to a webpage where you can follow the status of your order.
